Trailer of The Day: Blade Runner 2049

The first official trailer for the anticipated follow-up to Blade Runner just hit the web.

Set 30 years after the original Ryan Gosling plays a new blade runner,  LAPD officer K, as he sets out to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford).

Costarring is Ana De Armas, MacKenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Lennie James, Carla Juri, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Arrival, Prisoners, Sicario) and Executive Produced by Ridley Scott, Blade Runner 2049 is scheduled for release October 6th.

Trailer of The Day- Exodus: Gods and Kings

The final trailer for Ridley Scott’s biblical epic Exodus: Gods and Kings hit the web yesterday, and the action is of biblical proportions, literally (excuse the lame pun).

Starring Christian Bale, Joel Edgerton, John Turturro, Aaron Paul, Ben Mendelsohn, Sigourney Weaver, and Ben Kingsley, Exodus: Gods and Kings will hit theaters December 12.

Ridley Scott’s Alien was the pioneering film that kick-started the present generation of science fiction, outer space films. Blade Runner only cemented Scott’s legacy as an incredible and talented filmmaker. In 2012 eager fanboys awaited with bated breath his next foray into science fiction. Prometheus hit theaters to a wide array of anticipation, rewarding its viewers with an beautiful and engrossing, albeit somewhat confusing and convoluted story surrounding the origins of creation.
