The 85th Academy Awards are rapidly approaching, with Seth MacFarlane set to host the film industry’s biggest night on February 24th, 2013. If you’re a fan of Batman and heavily anticipating the release of The Dark Knight Rises on July 20, this week was interesting to say the least. Warner Bros, after keeping the publicity for TDKR at low-intensity for weeks ramped the marketing machine to 11 this week, releasing three TV Spots, all of which featured new footage, along with over a dozen new posters, including the final theatrical poster. Keep it locked to R-2-R for the next month as the film comes closer to theaters.
